Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in international business administration, is a certified Prosci Change Manager and Emotional Intelligence Assessor and possesses a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
Susan is recognized for her ability to enliven organizational cultures and crafting tailored solutions to complex challenges while balancing the needs of people, purpose, and profit. Outside of her professional life, she is an engaged Rotarian, enjoys the outdoors, is a seasonal wogger, and thrives in spending quality time with the young, including her 14-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter—whose energy and spirit keep her inspired.
