Rev. Dr. Weche is the Founder & CEO of Akad Education Group – Africa, a capacity building, Social Enterprise organisation providing mentorship and value-based leadership training to youth for academic & career success.
He is ordained by the Anglican Church of Kenya for Education Ministry. Exemplary AKAD youth leaders are regularly featured in the Kenyan national media; press, radio and TV as seen by clicking here. He has twice been invited as a speaker-panelist at Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA, as well as HEC MBA Paris, France.

Rev. Dr Weche has been a Business Development Consultant, trainer and MBA lecturer in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at universities and foundations. He was Managing Director of Leruo Services (Pty) Ltd (Botswana), the largest supplier of veterinary products to Government of Botswana for 15 years. He has been Continuous Professional Development Manager, Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Assistant Complex Manager, Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC) in Galana, Kenya with worldwide networks in 10 African countries, Europe, USA, Middle & Far East (China).
Academically, Rev. Dr. Weche is a PhD candidate in Leadership & Management candidate, and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from DeMontfort University (UK); Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Nairobi, with graduate studies in Dispute Resolution (UMass, Boston), Negotiation (PON – Harvard Law School), Governance (NIST), Financial Management (Strayer University, USA) Mediation certificate (MMS, Boston). He is has been a Sensei and Discipler for over 30 years, and is the published author of “Conflict and Deception in Relationships and Marriage”, published on Amazon.com.

Lilyanne has over 10 years experience as a development practitioner working on sustainable livelihoods and women economic empowerment. She had developed and managed projects in both rural and urban areas in Kenya and is particularly experienced in women empowerment, social protection, urban development, building resilience for vulnerable populations, market systems and value chains development, and enterprise development.
Lilyanne is a champion for women voices and actively challenges practices that sustain gender inequalities and elevate patriarchy; and is an ardent promoter of women inclusion in social, economic, and political spaces. She firmly believes that given the opportunity, women and girls have capacity to contribute significantly to all sectors of development. When not engaging with civil society, Lilyanne enjoys working with Kenyan artisans to design and produce fashion goods. Over the years she has enabled companies to turnaround in East Africa through enhanced consumer experience and increase of revenue for sustainability. Some of her clients include Airtel Group, Safaricom, Nation Media Group, South African Tourism, Profile
International, South African Airways, and DSTV among others. She is the current CEO of New Revenue Solutions Africa a prolific revenue generating company which enables organizations accelerate profitable revenue through the use of data, strategy and commercial development. Previously she was a Managing Director of Cocoa by Design an events- management firm with activities in Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania.
Her experience in media sector spans over 10 years at the Nation Media Group and Capital Group and CNBC as a Commercial Manager.
Some of the key achievements in her career history includes:
(i) Couching and Mentoring startups to develop award winning business cases and plans during incubation with ibiz Africa a standard Chartered Bank Initiative,
(ii) A leader in the formation of the first Female Governor’s Network in Kenya that will enable better County service delivery in then ext 5 years

(iv) Initiated partnerships with large sports organizations/events: Kenya Open Golf, Standard Chartered Marathon, and also involved other Women Forums in Kenya.
Her desire to ensure that Affirmative Action is embedded in organization’s polices has seen her develop frameworks for gender diversity in the workplace and has undertaken the Women Directors Leadership Summit at the Strathmore Business School (SBS). She is also an alumni of Female Future Force programme from FKE (FFP), Senior Management Leadership Program & Developing Leadership Competencies from SBS.
Her leadership skills have made her serve in several Boards namely; Vice Chair of 30% Club E.A that advocates for gender diversity in boards, she is also a Vice Chair at the Events Managers Association of Kenya (EMAK) board and has also served on the Gor Mahia Sacco which empowers members socio-economically.

Is a telecommunications engineer with 9 years’ experience in the technology field. Having worked for Telkom Kenya and Microsoft, he is currently an Enterprise Solutions Manager at Safaricom. Together with his team, he is involved in the designing and deploying digital transformation solutions to enterprises and government.
He holds a bachelors in Telecommunications and Information Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Strathmore Business School.
