She is a highly experienced expert in development and policy areas with over 16 years technical experience in academic, non-profit and commercial organizations both locally and regionally. She has served as a Lecturer at Moi University and a motivational speaker in various forums. In the course of her career, she has developed expertise in the areas of service operations, research, project planning, implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
