With a background in psychology and a heart filled with empathy, Nusrat is the founder of Pwani Animal Welfare (PAW), a community-based organization dedicated to promoting animal welfare, climate justice, and environmental sustainability.

Through PAW, Nusrat champions the One Health approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of human health, animal well-being, and environmental health. Together, we can create healthier communities for both people and animals alike.

An educator, mentor, youth leader, and menstrual health & hygiene expert with a deep passion for transformative community change and meaningful youth engagement. Her dedication extends to advancing issues such as menstrual health & hygiene management, sexual & reproductive health and rights, sustainable livelihoods, and climate mitigation engagements.

Drawing Dreams Initiative is dedicated to advancing holistic education, agency, and timely information on Menstrual Equity, Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights, Teenage Mamas empowerment, and 21st-century skills for underserved adolescent girls and boys, youth, and communities in Laikipia, Isiolo & Samburu counties. It employs a community-led approach, listening deeply, learning, and creating sustainable strategies and solutions while endeavoring to protect and restore the planet’s regenerative capacities.

Meet Wendy Aura, a visionary leader and champion for youth and women’s empowerment! As the founder and Executive Director of Young Women Leaders Connect (YWLC), Wendy is dedicated to fostering socioeconomic and political empowerment among young people.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi, Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her academic background, coupled with her passion for leadership, positions her as a driving force for change within her community.

At MOPOSMA Kenya, headquartered in Meru but reaching far and wide virtually, we’re on a mission to empower men and boys through mentorship programs. Our goal? To combat toxic masculinity and nurture healthy behaviors among our youth.
